Responsibilities:
- Adaptation, development and optimization of technological processes for the production of culinary products;
- Ensuring and monitoring compliance with technological processes and equipment operation;
- Development of technological documentation;
- Calculation of standards for the consumption of raw materials and materials, time standards;
- Calculation of the cost price, compilation of cost maps;
- Constant monitoring of compliance with food preparation technology, standards for the use of raw materials and semi-finished products;
- Quality control of incoming raw materials and finished products;
- Formation of production range;
- Analysis of losses and costs of raw materials;
- Order fulfillment control.
Candidate requirements:
- Higher Education;
- General experience in food production from 10 years;
- Work experience as a technologist from 5 years;
- Experience in network retail;
- Experience in performing technological operations related to the preparation, design, portioning and release of culinary products;
- Team management experience;
- Experience in direction development;
- Willingness to relocate and to a permanent place of residence in Cherkasy;
- Responsibility, independence, stress resistance.
