• Under what conditions does NRG work with client employers?

  NEW RECRUITING GROUP has an individual approach to work with each client. We work on the terms of payment for our services:

  • Upon candidate’s entry for a vacant position in the client’s company;
  • On a prepayment basis: 25-30%, the rest of the fee is paid based on the result of the candidate entering a vacant position in the client’s company;
  • On the terms of the cancellation fee. We negotiate with the client’s company to provide 3-5 candidates that meet the requirements as much as possible (the number depends on the complexity of the project, the availability of candidates with specific professional knowledge, rare specialties, etc.), the client company accepts these candidates for consideration, conducts personal interviews with them. In the event that scheduled meetings are held with the submitted candidates, and the client’s company has not opted for any specialist, NRG Recruiting Company receives payment of 25-30% of the agreed project fee. If necessary, we continue to select, interview, and present candidates, while the conditions described above remain unchanged. As soon as the client has chosen one of the presented candidates, 65-70% of the cost of a successfully completed recruiting project is paid within 3-5 banking days.

• How services are paid?

  Payment for services is carried out within 3 – 5 banking days from the approved date of the final candidate who starts to work on the basis of the invoice issued, as well as the signing by the parties the act of the performed work (rendered services).

   

• Is there a prepayment for the services which will provide? Why?

  In some cases, the terms of payment for our services include prepayment. The need for prepayment is connecting with the cost of resources that our company brings at the stage of market research and use at the stage of attracting applicants for paid professional resources and expensive methods of placement. You can clarify information on prepayment with our managers.

• Is there a discount when ordering multiple vacancies to fill?

  The cost of recruiting is from 20 to 23-25% of the total annual income of the sought specialist (before the mandatory withholding of taxes). By agreement with you, the search can be carried out on terms of 25-30% prepayment. Also, an agreement with you can be concluded on the terms of a cancellation fee. The final cost of the project is discussed directly at the negotiations after a detailed discussion of the vacancy and depends on the complexity of the order, its urgency, the territory in which the search will be carried out, etc.

• Does your company have regional offices and do you work on regional projects?

  No, Recruiting Company NRG has only one office in Kyiv. Resources of modern communications allow you to meet with people who are anywhere in the world. We have a successful track record of working on regional projects of varying degrees of complexity. We conduct a remote search for personnel in the regions of Ukraine, CIS countries, Europe, and far abroad, if necessary. If you want our managers to hold personal meetings with candidates, this can be done with additional travel expenses compensation from your side.

• Can you list an additional list of conditions and guarantees?
  • NEW RECRUITING GROUP guarantees a one-time free candidate’s replacement if he does not pass the probationary period: within 30/60/100/180 calendar days after the candidate starts working. The number of days of the guarantee is negotiated with you and approved for the entire period of the contract, or agreed and approved for each vacancy individually.
  • NRG guarantees that our employees will not contact your employees who are employed by NRG for the duration of the employment of these employees. The exception is when an employee notifies you of his intention to start looking for a new job. At the same time, the NRG consultant is obliged to personally check this information with the immediate supervisor of the applied specialist or the director (manager) of personnel of your company.

• Does your company provide services for job seekers?

  Recruiting Company NRG does not provide services for job seekers as such. However, you can send us your resume using a special form on the website, and if we have an available suitable vacancy, we will definitely contact you.

   

• What does an employer pay money for by contacting Recruiting Company NRG?

• How do you check the professional qualifications and personal qualities of applicants?
  • We analyze documents: resume, recommendations;
  • We conduct a personal or on-line interview (to assess the candidate’s professionalism, qualifications, and presentation skills);
  • We collect information about the candidate to assess work experience;
  • We carry out testing (professional and psychological) if it is necessary to confirm the opinion about the professional knowledge and skills or personal characteristics of the candidate, drawn up during the interview. Testing is performed upon an additional request from the client’s company (the additional cost of testing is agreed upon). If the client wants to test the applicant according to his own tests, approved and accepted by the company, then the client’s company sends the tests to the NRG Recruiting Company. This is included in the cost of the recruitment project. In this case, the completed tests are sent by NRG employee to the client’s company;
  • For profile testing, on a contract basis, we involve experts in the required direction. An estimate of additional costs is agreed upon and approved in advance.
• How does NRG find candidates?

  Recruiting Company NRG determines the main sources of information, the range of potential candidates, and the companies in which the search will be carried out. If necessary, the “search map” of the required specialists is agreed upon and corrected by the client’s company.

  Recruiting Company NRG uses next ways of looking for potential candidates:

  • Technology of direct search (executive search);
  • Spot work with a specific manager (Head-hunting);
  • Search in our own E-Staff database;
  • Search by recommendations of the business community;
  • Search through specialized exhibitions, seminars, work with universities;
  • Placement of vacancies on the relevant resources on the Internet and the media;

  Additional ways to find personnel: among graduates of educational institutions, training institutes, business schools, the use of professional associations (forums, professional clubs), through the use of personal contacts, recommendations. NRG conducts a search and selection of candidates in accordance with the stated goals and requirements of the client’s company.

• How many consultants are working on an order?

  Each recruitment project is conducted by a consultant who specializes in the needed area of ​​the labor market, the search can be carried out in a team with an assistant. For top vacancies, candidates are approved by leading consultants or the director of the Recruiting Company NRG, who, if necessary, acts as a Key Account Manager. NRG recruiting lead consultants can also be the only contact person for communication with the client’s company in the case of several recruiting projects and the client’s requirement to communicate with the only NRG manager.

• How long will it take to find personnel?

  The duration of work on the search and selection of personnel is set depending on the level of the vacant position, the complexity of the search, and is agreed with the client’s company in advance.

  Typically, the process of searching and recruiting specialists of the middle and top-level takes about 3-6 weeks from the moment of signing the contract and starting work. Work on the project begins on the next day after signing the contract. Selection and search of entry-level specialists take 2-4 weeks.

  The terms can be adjusted depending on the complexity of the vacancy. We look forward to your understanding regarding meeting the stated deadlines in case of changes in critical requirements for the desired specialist.

• How many candidates can you offer for selection?

  As a rule, from 3 to 5 carefully selected candidates, but for some vacancies, there may be more.

• Do you collect recommendations for job seekers?

  Collecting recommendations on any candidate is a standard of NRG activity. We collect recommendations from colleagues and candidate’s leaders. The client company receives information about how the candidate worked in a team, about his loyalty, personal qualities, about his success as a specialist. We can provide recommendations from the last place of work only in case of a positive decision on the issue of approving a candidate for a vacant position in the client’s company and signing a job offer by the candidate.
