Job responsibilities:

• Planning and executing procurement in line with production needs;
• Negotiating with suppliers, searching for and selecting optimal offers;
• Preparing purchase requests and controlling timely deliveries;
• Managing contracts, specifications, and related documentation;
• Controlling product quality and handling returns or replacements;
• Weekly preparation of stock balance reports for all components to plan supply;
• Submitting daily requests for bottle shipments and monitoring execution;
• Cooperation with production and related departments;
• Occasional visits to production facilities when required.

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher education;
• 5+ years of experience in procurement (preferably in manufacturing companies);
• Ability to work with a large assortment and high level of detail;
• Strong negotiation and communication skills;
• Proficiency in Excel and 1C;
• Responsibility, attention to detail, proactivity;
• Willingness to work from the office.
