A fast-growing and ambitious food retail chain in Ukraine is announcing a competition for the vacant position of Private Label Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing brand strategies and positioning for private labels (PL);
• Searching for manufacturers, negotiating, and signing contracts;
• Managing the development process of new products from idea to implementation;
• Monitoring and applying trends, collaborating with the design team to develop packaging and design for consumer goods and food products;
• Conducting market and competitor analysis, identifying opportunities for new PL products within the network;
• Increasing the share of private labels in the retail network’s turnover;
• Organizing regular quality control and PL promotion;
• Ensuring product quality and compliance with standards;
• Reporting and direct accountability to the company’s Commercial Director.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in a retail network or in a trade and production company that develops PL in Ukraine or places PL orders for production abroad;
• Proven experience in successful negotiations and contract signing with manufacturers;
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel);
• Knowledge of production processes, understanding of the packaging and printing market, awareness of packaging and consumer goods design trends;
• Responsibility, strong communication skills, and analytical thinking;
• Willingness to work in an office (Kharkiv or Lutsk).
