Foreign leading miller company in Europe and leading global agribusiness and food company, are looking for Sales and Logistics Coordinator, Vinnitsa Region.

Main responsibilities:
- Organize tenders to choose logistics providers;
- Negotiation on commercial terms with potential customers;
- Coordinate logistics track finished good according to availabilities and requirements;
- Taking customer orders, liaising with production/warehouse staff to establish/ confirm delivery dates;
- Ensure purchase invoices are allocated to the correct purchase order and ensuring all usage is invoiced and stocks checked and reconciled;
- Handle customer complaints providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits;
- Ensure any month end related duties eg. stock balances are reconciled by month end.
Qualification requirements:
- Higher education;
- 3-5 years of progressive related experience in Sales and Logistics position;
- Experience in logistics operations management (export and import);
- Fluent in English;
- Negotiation and leadership skills.
