Foreign leading miller company in Europe and leading global agribusiness and food company, are looking for Sales and Logistics Coordinator, Vinnitsa Region.

Main responsibilities:

• Organize tenders to choose logistics providers;
• Negotiation on commercial terms with potential customers;
• Coordinate logistics track finished good according to availabilities and requirements;
• Taking customer orders, liaising with production/warehouse staff to establish/ confirm delivery dates;
• Ensure purchase invoices are allocated to the correct purchase order and ensuring all usage is invoiced and stocks checked and reconciled;
• Handle customer complaints providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits;
• Ensure any month end related duties eg. stock balances are reconciled by month end.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education;
• 3-5 years of progressive related experience in Sales and Logistics position;
• Experience in logistics operations management (export and import);
• Fluent in English;
• Negotiation and leadership skills.
