An agricultural holding with foreign investment announces a competition for the vacant position of Director of sugar factory, Central Ukraine.

The company offers:

Main functional responsibilities:

• Ensuring the efficient operation of the plant: from the receipt of beets to the beet field to the production of finished products;
• Organization of joint work of all plant services to obtain results: the chief engineer service, the chief technologist service, the chief mechanic service, the chief power engineer service, the composition of finished products, etc.;
• In the off-season, ensuring the preparation of the plant for the production season;
• Personnel management (250+ employees);
• Reporting to the General Director.

Requirements for a candidate:

• Higher education;
• Knowledge of sugar production technology and experience in this production;
• Management experience at a sugar factory (director, technical director, chief engineer, etc.).
• Leadership qualities, ability to organize the process, proactivity, work for results.
