Multinational agricultural manufacturing company is looking to hire a strong professional for the position of Production Manager in the Vinnytsia region as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organizing and managing production processes at a grain processing plant;
• Ensuring the achievement of production plans and KPIs;
• Monitoring product quality and compliance with technological processes;
• Managing production personnel and developing the team;
• Controlling the efficient use of raw materials and resources;
• Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety, food safety, and industrial safety standards;
• Implementing initiatives aimed at increasing production efficiency;
• Monitoring the technical condition of equipment and cooperating with the technical/maintenance department;
• Analyzing production performance indicators and preparing reports;
• Participating in production modernization and development projects.

Main Requirements:

• Higher education degree;
• English level – B2 (ability to communicate and participate in meetings with representatives of the head office);
• Experience in grain processing enterprises, flour mills, or feed manufacturing industry;
• Proven managerial experience supervising production personnel;
• Experience working with KPIs; knowledge of Lean / Continuous Improvement methodologies will be considered an advantage;
• Understanding of grain processing technologies;
• Readiness to relocate (possible locations for проживания: Ladyzhyn, Trostianets, or Tulchyn).
