Responsibilities:
- Purchase of grain and oil crops from farmers and agricultural holdings throughout Ukraine;
- Implementation of short-term sales strategies;
- Creation of an effective trading department;
- Monitoring and analysis of product prices on the domestic market of Ukraine;
- Participation in the formation of the company’s trade strategy to ensure uninterrupted supplies and growth in sales volumes;
- Search for buyers of agricultural products;
- Conducting negotiations at all levels;
- Conclusion, support, control of calculations and execution of internal contracts for the supply of agricultural products DAP, CPT, FCA.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Work experience of 5 years or more in the agricultural sector and sales;
- Practical commercial work experience in various positions, starting from procurement specialist and ending with managerial positions;
- Understanding the domestic market of Ukraine and building a procurement strategy;
- Preferably, experience in a multinational company, a national company in the agricultural sector and a private agricultural company;
- Experience in building a sales team and effective management of subordinates;
- Sociability, responsibility, stress resistance, strategic thinking.
