Key responsibilities:
- Organizing production activities: chewing gum, chewy candies, dragees, confectionery eggs, and launching a lollipop production line from scratch;
- Making decisions to improve production processes;
- Ensuring the fulfillment of production plans, assortment, and quality standards;
- Managing the team, training, and motivating staff;
- Forming, analyzing, and controlling production budget indicators;
- Analyzing the raw materials market, suppliers, equipment, and contractors;
- Introducing new products to expand the assortment and controlling production technological processes;
- Direct reporting to the main company owner.
Requirements:
- Higher education (preferably in food production technology);
- Experience in trading and manufacturing companies (priority: confectionery production);
- At least 3 years of experience in managerial roles as a production manager, factory, or plant director in the food industry;
- Ability to analyze data and develop strategies to improve production processes;
- Willingness to relocate to Chernivtsi;
- Proven management experience;
- Proficiency in PC usage.
