Key responsibilities:

• Organizing and controlling technological production processes: chewing gum, chewy candy, dragee, confectionery eggs, and launching a new lollipop production line from scratch;
• Optimizing recipes and improving technological solutions;
• Implementing new technologies in production;
• Ensuring that products comply with established quality standards;
• Controlling raw material usage and maintaining expenditure norms;
• Analyzing the raw materials market and interacting with suppliers;
• Preparing technical documentation and implementing quality control systems;
• Organizing and monitoring compliance with sanitary and hygiene standards;
• Participating in product and production process certification.

Candidate requirements:

• Higher education (food technology, food production engineering – preferred);
• At least 3 years of experience in confectionery production;
• Experience in developing and implementing new technological processes;
• Confident PC user, knowledge of specialized programs is an advantage;
• Responsibility, initiative, and result-oriented approach;
• Willingness to relocate to Chernivtsi.
