    Main functional responsibilities:

    • Full recruiting cycle from selection to adaptation;
    • Development of a program for development, training and advanced training;
    • Talent management;
    • Creation of a personnel reserve;
    • Automation and standardization of personnel processes;
    • Building a system of motivation and compensation;
    • Building a KPI system;
    • Building a grading system, monitoring and updating salary;
    • Teambuilding, participation in the formation of corporate culture.
    • Employer brand development;
    • Analysis of internal loyalty (eNPS) on an ongoing basis;
    • Analysis of the employee turnover rate and implementation of measures to reduce it;
    • Analysis of the reasons for dismissal and development of employee retention programs;
    • Project tasks within the framework of organizational development projects.

    Requirements for applicants:

    • Higher education (additional education in the field of personnel management will be an advantage);
    • English – intermediate level will be an advantage;
    • Successful work experience in a similar position for at least 4 years;
    • Experience in the position of HR Director in construction, production;
    • Knowledge of modern methods of work with personnel;
    • Interview skills, job profile development;
    • Positive experience in the development and implementation of the KPI system;
    • Good knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine;
    • Deep understanding of business processes;
    • Commercial orientation and innovative thinking;
    • Analytical mindset.
