Responsibilities:
- Cooperation with forwarders, ship agents, surveyors, fumigation companies;
- Ship management (full cycle: from receiving a nomination to the release of the ship from the port of loading);
- Dealing with contracts (CPT, CIF, FOB);
- Preparation of documents for the publication of documents for export: Certificates of origin, Veterinary certificate, etc. ;
- Preparation of Instructions for ship registration, letters for shipment, LOA, Orders, write-off certificates, etc.
- Cooperation with customs / brokers: drafting contracts for the provision of customs brokerage services, preparing documents for issuing customs declarations for exporters, checking invoices, controlling clearance;
- Registration of documents for the Logistics Department, control over the availability of originals / copies, keeping records / contracts / powers of attorney in internal databases, including 1C and Sybase.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Fluent English;
- Knowledge of logistics foundations, organization and projection of logistic systems, delivery terms, storage and transportation (dealing with grain up 2 years);
- Experience in sea transportation;
- Experience to work with CPT, FOB, CIF contracts;
- Procedure of elaboration of the commercial terms of contracts, agreements;
- Good skills in using computer programs.
