International trading and manufacturing company is looking for professional on the vacant position Technological and environmental safety engineer, Nikolaev.

Main functional responsibilities:

• Compliance with all environmental standards on production territory and nearby areas;
• Compliance with legal norms in accordance with Ukrainian legislation system;
• Further development of existing environmental programs, and initiation of new ones;
• Dealing with laboratory staff on a daily basis, organization of laboratory measurements, sampling;
• Timely disposal of enterprise waste;
• Analysis of documentation for the sake of modernization of existing systems and reporting directly to the regional environmental manager;
• Implementation of current environmental programs aimed at minimizing CO2 emissions and reducing the use of biological resources (water, gas).

Requirements for a candidate:

• Higher education, idealistically an ecology degree, but we will also consider a candidate with a different profile (if you have lots of experience);
• Work experience at least 3 years on a similar position in manufacturing companies or ports;
• Understanding the work of port terminals (real experience is a plus);
• The presence of ISO, EFISC certification is a big plus for the candidate;
• High computer literacy, knowledge of SAP, 1-C, Excel – at a high level;
• Professional knowledge and skills: compliance with the principles of ecology, compliance with the rules of reduction, reuse, recycling at manufacturing enterprises;
• Communicative person and team player, for whom is important professional growth and development within the specialty;
• Readiness for relocation to Nikolaev.
