Responsibilities:
- Installation, programming, maintenance, diagnostics and troubleshooting of coffee equipment;
- Consulting clients and answering their technical questions;
- Conducting briefings on working with coffee machines;
- Participation in technical seminars, trainings on the quality of coffee drinks;
- Training on new models of coffee equipment, professional development;
- Formation and submission of reports on completed work to the service center.
Candidate requirements:
- Higher technical education;
- Knowledge of electrical engineering, mechanics and hydraulics;
- One year of work experience in a similar position;
- Additional education and certification will be an advantage;
- Knowledge of the English language will be an advantage
- Work experience with coffee equipment;
- Own car and driving license;
- Readiness for active and responsible work;
- Readiness for business trips;
- Responsibility, discipline, communication, client orientation and flexibility.
