Functional responsibilities:

• Implementation of the company’s strategy in the entrusted territory: Kyiv, Cherkasy, Sumy, Bila Tserkva, Uman + relevant regions;
• Responsibility for sales channels: distribution, HoReCa, national networks;
• Fulfillment of sales volumes and other KPI’s established by the company;
• Control of distribution of planned secondary sales indicators at the distributor;
• Holding meetings with the distributor team, training and development of the sales team, setting goals for employees and monitoring their implementation;
• Control of the necessary document flow, regular reporting;
• Control of sales channel efficiency, aimed at increasing sales volumes and the company’s market share in the region;
• Setting goals for the regional sales team;
• Control of the effectiveness of sales channels and distribution of investments;
• Budgeting: development, approval and control of execution;
• Implementation of programs designed to promote products.

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher education;
• At least 5 years of experience in sales and distribution of alcoholic beverages;
• At least 3 years of experience in team management;
• Knowledge of the characteristics of the Ukrainian alcohol market, the company’s main competitors, and market development directions;
• Excellent knowledge of the specifics of distribution, categorization of retail outlets in various sales channels;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, successful experience in negotiations;
• Knowledge of the basics of marketing and trade marketing;
• Experience in building and developing a successful sales team, training, goal setting, employee motivation;
• Having a car is obligatory.
