Leading European manufacturer of glass containers in Ukraine, which is the most important supplier of glass packaging for domestic manufacturers of food and beverages, is looking for Training and Development Manager (T&D specialist), Kyiv Region.

- Schedule: Monday – Friday from 8:00 to 17:00;

Main functional responsibilities:
- Employee development and performance management;
- Planning and coordination of trainings;
- Implementation of training, recruitment, and development projects;
- Development and implementation of assessments programs;
- Negotiations with external educational institutions;
- Organization of training + active participation in group projects for personnel development;
- Development and implementation of internal education and training programs for managers and mentors (Hard + Soft skills);
- Administration and support of LMS in the responsible country;
- Implementation of HR policies/strategies and processes in the business;
- Candidate tracking system (SuccessFactors set), social platforms (LinkedIn), learning management system (Litmos);
- Building assessment and training processes from scratch;
- Development of company employees;
- The holding of trainings;;
- Planning the budget for training and development of employees;
- Development and formation of the company’s brand;
- Development and management of corporate culture;
- Reporting to HRD of the company.
Requirements:
- English language: Upper-Intermediate;
- Work experience in a system international company for at least 2 years;
- Higher education;
- Proactive and systematic approach;
- Experience in conducting training and seminars;
- Knowledge of the norms of labor legislation of Ukraine;
- Additional education, certification in the field of T&D – are welcome;
- Experience in the formation and support of corporate culture and team spirit in the team.
- High level of organization, discipline, intelligence, positivity, and love for their profession.
