    The company, which occupies a leading position in the oil and gas industry and is one of the largest owners of filling stations in Ukraine, announces a competition for the vacant position of Personnel Assessment Manager.

    Main functional responsibilities:

    • Development of the concept and methodology for assessing the company’s personnel and submitting it to management for approval.
    • Participation in the development and implementation of a project to modernize the competency model in the company.
    • Preparation of draft annual plans for assessing the company’s personnel and changes in them.
    • Participation in the development of training needs for managers and employees on the concept of evaluation and operation of the system, conducting exercises.
    • Organization and holding of assessment centers and other methods of personnel assessment for business needs (reorganizations, personnel rotations, formation of a personnel reserve, etc.).
    • Processing the results, analyzing the effectiveness of the assessment, generating reports and participating in providing feedback to the company’s employees.
    • Development of individual development plans.
    • Participation in the development of HiPo development programs in the company, for network employees and for office staff.
    • Evaluation of employees during selection for managerial positions.

    Requirements for candidates:

    • Higher education (management, personnel management);
    • At least 3 years of experience in training and development of personnel;
    • Knowledge of methods for evaluating learning outcomes;
    • High planning skills;
    • Information processing and analysis skills;
    • High level of self-organization;
    • Ability to multi-task.
