    Trading and production company, which occupies a leading position in the distribution segment of alcoholic products, which has its own retail network of stores in connection with the relocation of business to the capital, announces a competition to fill the vacant position of National Key Account Manager in the alcohol direction, Kyiv.

    The company offers:

    • Official employment / self-employed entrepreneur (by agreement);

    • Compensation for travel expenses;
    • Hybrid work schedule: remote + work in the company office.

    Main functional responsibilities:

    • Development and implementation of strategy in the Key client’s channel (international and national networks);
    • Construction of an assortment matrix for the alcohol category;
    • Organization of the department’s work;
    • Participation in strategic negotiations, control of negotiations on tactical tasks;
    • Budget management, ensuring profitability;
    • Management of trade marketing activities in the channel;
    • Ensuring growth of share, volume, and profit in the channel;
    • Development and implementation of the KPI system;
    • Reporting to senior management: CEO (owner).

    Requirements for applicants:

    • Higher education;
    • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position is important;
    • Thorough knowledge of the alcohol market in Ukraine: trends, tendencies, etc.;
    • Experience working with all key networks (experience with ATB is required);
    • Category B license, practical accident-free driving experience of 5 years or more;
    • Availability of a personal car and willingness to use it for work;
    • A strong career in sales: from sales representative to national manager;
    • Managerial experience;
    • Commitment, work for results, flexibility, stress resistance, mobility;
    • High level of negotiation skills;
    • Strategic thinking (the ability to see the future, the relationship of factors and their influence).
