The regional network of branded stores, due to the active development of the company, as well as the need to systematize business processes, announces a competition for the vacant position of Business Trainer / Head of the Academy of Category Management, Zaporozhye.

Main responsibilities:
- Budgeting for the work of a new direction in the company;
- Determining the target audience of applicants for the “Academy of Category Management”;
- Development and implementation of a learning strategy from “0”;
- Creation of an autonomous training system “Academy of Category Management” for company employees and external participants;
- Organization and management of the process of recruiting Academy applicants, including external participants;
- Creation and implementation of a corporate online platform for training at the Academy;
- Development of online courses, video lessons, instructions and other training materials for use both within the company and for external clients and partners;
- Assessing the effectiveness of training through testing, analyzing feedback from training participants and monitoring changes in the work of company personnel;
- Conducting final exams with external applicants, making decisions about their hiring, assisting in the adaptation of new team members;
- Interaction with other departments of the company to identify training needs;
- Drawing up reports on the work done, the effectiveness of the training sessions and recommendations for improving training programs;
- Close communication and reporting to the owner of the company.
Requirements for a candidate:
- Higher education;
- Experience as a Category Manager / Commercial Director in a systemic successful retail trade;
- Experience as a Business Trainer is preferred, as well as experience in launching businesses and/or business directions from “0”;
- Knowledge of basic methods and approaches to personnel training, including the development of training materials, conducting training and assessing the effectiveness of training;
- Deep knowledge in the field of category management;
- Skills in data analysis and evaluation of training effectiveness for continuous improvement of training programs;
- Knowledge of software for creating educational materials, such as PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, as well as the ability to use online learning platforms;
- Accommodation in Dnieper or Zaporozhye;
- Willingness to travel.
