Main responsibilities:

• Development of a marketing plan year/month/week, taking into account network development plans in Ukraine;
• Participation in the development of store concepts in terms of navigation and communication with customers;
• Participation in the development of new formats of the company’s stores and in updating existing ones;
• Development of a brand book, POS materials, advertising concept and marketing strategy;
• Selection and management of a marketing team, staff training;
• Management of digital projects (web site, social networks, targeting, online sales);
• Development and management of a loyalty program for guests;
• Development, approval and control of marketing and advertising budgets;
• Market research to identify new opportunities for the company’s products or services, monitoring competitors, studying global and regional trends in food retail;
• Search and assessment of market potential in regions new to the company;
• Coordination and participation in the preparation of special events, events and other campaigns;
• Development of advertising content and copywriting (SMM). Communicating to buyers the main competitive advantages of the network in products, prices and service (business model);
• Comparative analysis of the effectiveness of communication channels;
• Analysis of existing trends in customer loyalty management, use of a personalized approach to loyalty promotions and discounts;
• Development of special promotional events for various customer segments in order to increase the value of the company’s loyalty program.

Primary requirements:

• Higher education;
• General experience in marketing from 5 years;
• Experience in network retail, B2C sphere will be an advantage;
• Excellent organizational and time management skills;
• Management experience;
• Willingness to travel to western and eastern (controlled territories) Ukraine;
• Examples of successful marketing campaigns/cases.
