Key Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of a marketing strategy for product promotion;
- Formation of a strategy for launching a new product in Ukrainian and international markets;
- Product portfolio management: development, launch, and marketing promotion of new products;
- Market, competitor, and consumer analysis in the alcoholic beverage industry;
- Management of the marketing department and cross-functional projects;
- Development of partnerships with distributors, wine critics, and media;
- Optimization of the marketing budget and increasing ROI;
- Sales analytics in the context of marketing positioning;
- Implementation of modern digital strategies to attract new audiences and boost sales;
- Development of POSM (Point of Sales Materials) to support sales in retail locations.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Experience in FMCG (food or alcoholic beverages);
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Experience in developing brand promotion strategies;
- Management experience;
- Analytical thinking and strategic vision;
- English level B2 or higher;
- Willingness to complete a probationary period in the head office in Odesa;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytical tools.
