Key Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of a marketing strategy for product promotion;
• Formation of a strategy for launching a new product in Ukrainian and international markets;
• Product portfolio management: development, launch, and marketing promotion of new products;
• Market, competitor, and consumer analysis in the alcoholic beverage industry;
• Management of the marketing department and cross-functional projects;
• Development of partnerships with distributors, wine critics, and media;
• Optimization of the marketing budget and increasing ROI;
• Sales analytics in the context of marketing positioning;
• Implementation of modern digital strategies to attract new audiences and boost sales;
• Development of POSM (Point of Sales Materials) to support sales in retail locations.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Experience in FMCG (food or alcoholic beverages);
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• Experience in developing brand promotion strategies;
• Management experience;
• Analytical thinking and strategic vision;
• English level B2 or higher;
• Willingness to complete a probationary period in the head office in Odesa;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytical tools.
