    International trading and manufacturing FMCG company is looking for professional on the vacant position HR Manager, Nikolaev.

    Main functional responsibilities:

    • Working with location management to identify and plan for human resource requirements to meet short/long-term business needs;
    • Ensuring that managers across the location carry out the necessary performance management, employee development and other people management activities in full compliance with established HR procedures, processes and standards;
    • Leading the implementation/management of all compensation and benefits programs;
    • Aligns people practices, analyzes organizational structure, finds synergies, drives changes;
    • Fosters engagement in the location, ethical behavior, organizational values, drives open communication and acts as HR point of contact for managers and employees;
    • Executes actions needed to implement HR processes and employee cycle end-to-end for the specific location – recruitment, hiring, employee admin, termination, evaluation, performance management, development, retention, succession, employee relations, compensation, negotiations with union;
    • Act as advisor to the management for people and organizational related issues;
    • Makes decisions based on analytics, data, trends and proposes solutions – asks these data to the HR;
    • Operations to ensure data and analytics driven decisions which support the business and the function;
    • Implements company’s global and regional HR initiatives for the supported functions in a way that the impact and quality level of such initiatives are maximized and compatible to the local needs;
    • Supports talent management process across the functions ,workforce planning and budgeting processes by estimating the needs of the functions;
    • Stays up to date with legal provisions related to employment and takes appropriate actions when needed to align;
    • Ensures permanent alignment with the global HR policies, procedures and practices.

    Requirements:

    • University degree- preferably with a major in Human Resources, Psychology, Economics;
    • At least 5 years of experience in HR, with minimum 3 years of relevant Business Partner role in a complex matrix organisation, preferably with production activities;
    • Good knowledge of Ukrainian labor legislation, social security and payroll management;
    • Experience in working with unions and resolving employee relation issues;
    • Project management skills;
    • Ukrainian and English proficiency;
    • 1C knowledge;
    • Training delivery experience is a plus;
    • MS Office- intermediate level.
