Key responsibilities:
- Managing a growing HR team;
- Participation in the implementation of the Performance Management System;
- Search and selection of personnel of various specialties and qualifications;
- Personnel training and development;
- Support for managers in their management activities;
- Consulting on labor legislation;
- Providing recommendations for revising wages;
- Consideration of complaints and objections.
Requirements:
- Higher education in business management or human resources management;
- Work experience in the field of personnel management for at least 5 years, 3 years of which in a similar position;
- Knowledge of written and oral English (upper intermediate), Russian and Ukrainian;
- Good knowledge of legislation and common law;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Organizational skills.
