Key responsibilities:

• Managing a growing HR team;
• Participation in the implementation of the Performance Management System;
• Search and selection of personnel of various specialties and qualifications;
• Personnel training and development;
• Support for managers in their management activities;
• Consulting on labor legislation;
• Providing recommendations for revising wages;
• Consideration of complaints and objections.

Requirements:

• Higher education in business management or human resources management;
• Work experience in the field of personnel management for at least 5 years, 3 years of which in a similar position;
• Knowledge of written and oral English (upper intermediate), Russian and Ukrainian;
• Good knowledge of legislation and common law;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Organizational skills.
