Main responsibilities:
- Loyalty program: development strategy, creation of a promotion plan according to the marketing strategy, reboot of the existing loyalty program.
- Working with a client database: systematizing the collection of personal data, forming client directories, finding new ways to enrich client data, segmenting the client base.
- Mechanics of the loyalty program: analysis and reboot of the existing mechanics of the loyalty program, creation of new mechanics, conducting experiments and scaling them for different groups of clients, creating personal offers for clients
- Competitor analysis: analysis of existing loyalty programs by market, detachment from competitors.
- Analytics: building reports on loyalty program metrics, testing hypotheses for marketing activities, calculating feasibility studies, visualizing reports (dashboards).
Requirements for a candidate:
- Total work experience of at least 5 years in such areas as retail (food / non-food), drogerie, distribution, pharmacies, banks.
- Proficiency in analytical methods (ABC analysis, RFM analysis, “leaky bucket”, cohort analysis).
- Knowledge and ability to work with loyalty program performance indicators. Ability to influence KPIs.
- Experience in working with personalized offers in the loyalty program for segments and groups of customers.
