Main functional responsibilities:

• Assessment of the personal and professional competencies of external candidates for key positions, their roles in the team, compliance with the position and functions, compliance with the performed tasks and the specifics of work with tools for professional and personal testing and assessment;
• Conducting a comprehensive assessment of employees of different positions and functional lines for competencies and skills using 180, 360 assessment tools and competency metrics. Ranking of results, formation of key recommendations based on the results of a comprehensive assessment for centers of expertise and functional areas;
• Carrying out a personal assessment of employees using testing tools and professional personality questionnaires. Providing individual feedback on the results, the formation of recommendations for development and IPR;
• Conducting and developing the structure, methodology and filling of the Assessment and Development Centers at the request of the business, for high-quality internal rotations and internal recruitment, selection and preparation of individual development programs;
• Participation in the process of succession planning and selection to the Talent pool, as well as the selection of HIPO for leadership development programs;
• Participation in the process of profiling key positions in all areas of business, defining professional skills and competencies, functional responsibilities;
• Participation in certification and functional assessment of professional skills

Requirements:

• Higher education (psychology, personnel management);
• English – intermediate (priority);
• Work experience of at least 5 years as an assessment and development manager, assessment specialist;
• In priority people from large companies from 5,000 employees, priority from international companies, as well as large Ukrainian holdings with a built-in assessment system;
• Analytical skills, communication skills and interpersonal interaction with different types of people, presentation skills, teamwork orientation, multitasking;
• Knowledge of the main assessment tools (competency assessment, 180, 360, BARS, Psychological Appraisals);
• Knowledge and practical experience of conducting and developing Assessment and Development Centers;
• Knowledge of the process of providing feedback, various techniques for providing feedback (FRI, SORI, SBI BI, etc.);
• Knowledge of the basic tools for testing competencies and personal skills;
• Certification is welcome: Internal Assessor, Expert of Assessment and Development Centers, Test Instruments Certification (Hogan, SHL, DISC, TTI, etc.);
• MS Office, specialized evaluation programs
