Main responsibilities:
- Drafting and implementation of instructions and business processes that regulate the activities of the operational area;
- Improvement and simplification of BP in order to increase labor productivity;
- Development of the staff structure of labour code and the retail sales management unit;
- Organization of the process of training and control of qualification requirements for personnel;
- Organization of the process of compliance with the requirements of merchandising;
- Organization of the process of meeting the requirements for write-offs and losses;
- Organization of the process of compliance with the requirements for goods movement;
- Organization of incoming quality control of products of our own production;
- Store opening hours management;
- Organization of the optimal time for products delivery: coordination of delivery schedules with the UTW department.
Requirements for a candidate:
- Higher education;
- Own car and willingness to use it for production purposes;
- Work experience from 10 years;
- Work experience at least 5 years;
- Experience in network retail, experience in the B2C sphere will be an advantage;
- Experience in the development of the direction;
- Readiness for business trips;
- Readiness for relocation and permanent residence in Kharkiv.
