Main functional responsibilities:

• Ensuring the full cycle of processes for opening new stores and reconstructing existing ones;
• Coordination of ongoing technical support for operating stores;
• Management of construction projects during the development of a retail chain of stores, ensuring compliance with uniform brand standards;
• Technical management of the opening of stores throughout the country, including coordination of internal departments and suppliers selected by the company;
• Carrying out technical support and reconstruction of existing stores;
• Assessing potential store locations from a technical point of view;
• Coordinating and agreeing on the implementation of construction projects with the landlord or management of the shopping center, ensuring compliance with the requirements and standards of the stores;
• Development of a store layout (zoning) based on a dimensional plan, taking into account company standards, in AutoCAD or another specialized program;
• Participation in the development and approval of visualization of the store facade;
• Drawing up a project schedule with the involvement of all subcontractors, if they are not covered by the general contractor;
• Planning and coordination of all supplies related to the implementation of the project and the opening of the store;
• Preparation and control of the project budget, reporting, coordination with management of expenses and invoices, certificates of work performed;
• Evaluating proposals, conducting procurement and tender procedures for services and goods;
• Coordinate purchasing procedures to ensure compliance with regional principles and store concepts;
• Coordination of the work of architects and general contractors to create permits and working technical documentation;
• Ensuring the procurement process of necessary equipment for the purpose of timely opening and maintaining the technical condition of stores with an understanding of the business concept;
• Reporting to the direct supervisor Business Development Manager and constant contact with the global Construction and Design team.

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher technical education;
• Similar experience of 3-5 years in construction project management.
• Experienced user of MS Office, AutoCad;
• English – Upper-intermediate level+ (part of the interview will be held in English);
• Experience in conducting tenders and selecting suppliers based on price/quality parameters;
• Construction project management;
• Providing multi-level reporting and budget management;
• Technical expertise; ability to read, revise and create all necessary documents to complete a project;
• Proactive position, leadership, systematic approach, focus on results, initiative, ability to work in a team;
• Willingness to travel.
