Main functional responsibilities:
- Organization of the work of the technical service;
- Organization of work on the repair and maintenance of equipment, power grids, water supply systems, heating, solving technical issues;
- Development of action plans aimed at ensuring the smooth operation of the equipment;
- Reconstruction and technical improvement of production lines;
- Direct reporting to the Head of the Board, Deputy Head of the Board (Production Director).
Requirements:
- Higher completed technical education;
- Additional education, trainings, and courses are welcome;
- Work experience as a chief engineer, at least 5 years in production, the field of activity is not principle;
- Ability to effectively solve production technical operational issues and tasks;
- Knowledge of the technologies of work of industrial enterprises in their field, production equipment;
- Knowledge of PC;
- Organizational and managerial skills;
- Readiness for irregular working hours;
- Stability: work experience within one enterprise not less than 2-3 years;
- Willingness to work for results, leadership qualities, resistance to stress, charisma, flexibility and non-conflict.
