Main functional responsibilities:
- Optimization of purchases of natural gas and fuels and lubricants;
- Development of procurement plans and categorical strategies in the direction;
- Accompanying suppliers at all stages of the order for the supply of gas and lubricants;
- Control over fixing volumes on the Ukrainian GTS platform;
- Control over timely deliveries of fuels and lubricants to all points of delivery;
- Reporting of the established form to the above-standing leader: the director of the department of material and technical support.
Requirements for candidates:
- Higher education;
- Additional business education is encouraged;
- Work experience in similar positions or in the sale of energy carriers (natural gas and fuels and lubricants) at least 2 years;
- Knowledge of the natural gas market and the market for fuels and lubricants;
- Experience in concluding contracts for the supply of natural gas;
- Ability to make purchases, both in the SPOT market and with reference to quotes and hubs;
- Ability to hedge natural gas purchases in the long term;
- Analytical thinking, skills of work with a significant amount of information;
- Skills of conducting active negotiations;
- A successful negotiator, a businessman with strategic thinking, who thoroughly knows the market for suppliers of natural gas and fuels and lubricants;
- Experienced user of PC, MS Office, and 1C.
