Global leader in sustainable solutions for agriculture, is seeking to hire an Agronomist to provide technical and sales assistance for each assigned Product Line in the pre- and post-sale stages to distributors, customers and companies to achieve effective commercial launches and sales goals.

Responsibilities:
- Participate and execute our product lines’ expansion and consolidation plan (field trials, training sessions);
- Serve as technical focal point for specific products and crops in the assigned territory;
- Portfolio includes a variety of a well stablished range of inoculants, biostimulants, adjuvants and biocontrol products;
- Provide agronomic support, training and coaching to our partner, key customers, and growers;
- Supporting marketing activities for product positioning, messaging, and representing the Company at relevant events and activities in the assigned territory;
- Analyze trial requirements in collaboration with all stakeholders and define the most efficient ways to plan, execute them and drive the results.
Requirements:
- Agriculture Engineering or extensive practical experience in agronomy;
- Agronomical background in Crop nutrition;
- Level of English – Intermediate/Upper Intermediate;
- Ability to travel a lot to the fields and customers, distributors;
- Strong technical aptitude, including ability to synthesize and interpret agronomic data and design effective trials;
- Commercial attitude and good communication skills.
