The cost of recruiting is from 20 to 23-25% of the total annual income of the sought specialist (before the mandatory withholding of taxes). The duration of work on the search and selection of personnel is set depending on the level of the vacant position, the complexity of the search, and is agreed with the client’s company in advance.
Typically, the process of searching and recruiting specialists of the middle and top-level takes about 3-6 weeks from the moment of signing the contract and starting work. Work on the project begins on the next day after signing the contract. Selection and search of entry-level specialists take 2-4 weeks.
