Main functional responsibilities:
- Handling requests for SAP improvements;
- Planning of project stages, coordination of requirements for volume, quality, time and costs;
- Interaction with internal and external teams and key users.
- Project management for Retail, eCom, marketing, SD, MM, FI;
- Organization of meetings, sprints and release planning;
- Training users on the implemented functionality.
Requirements for candidates:
- Experience in support and management of SAP projects from 3 years;
- Work experience in retail trade from 2 years;
- Fluency in English, communication with the Global SAP Support Team;
- Interaction skills with internal and external teams;
- Knowledge of the software product development life cycle, SDLC;
- Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines;
- High communication and presentation skills.
