Main functional responsibilities:

• Handling requests for SAP improvements;
• Planning of project stages, coordination of requirements for volume, quality, time and costs;
• Interaction with internal and external teams and key users.
• Project management for Retail, eCom, marketing, SD, MM, FI;
• Organization of meetings, sprints and release planning;
• Training users on the implemented functionality.

Requirements for candidates:

• Experience in support and management of SAP projects from 3 years;
• Work experience in retail trade from 2 years;
• Fluency in English, communication with the Global SAP Support Team;
• Interaction skills with internal and external teams;
• Knowledge of the software product development life cycle, SDLC;
• Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines;
• High communication and presentation skills.
