The plant of the production water heaters and electric convectors (a division of an international company), announces a competition for the position of Project Manager (production of domestic appliances), Odessa

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Make a modification and improvement of products, launch the new products, testing of existing ones (waterheaters and convectors).

• Insure:

  • The calculation of the preliminary cost of the product, following the parameters, which make influence on product cost, control of the final product cost;
  • Budget fulfilment as for the launch of the new product;
  • Keeping dead-lines of the project realization;
  •  The compliance of product to the definite standart  for the sertification;
  • Risk analisys in the accordance with FMEA methodology.
  • Making of 3D CAD та 2D drawings.
  • Making of product specification.
  • Affirmation of the new parts for the production models, checking of the compliance of definite parts to the given parameters.
  • Laboratory testing of own-developed products.
  • Meetings organization, with engagement of employees from different departments, in terms of work on project.
  •  Organization of the preservice of the new product.

Requirements:

• Work experience on production enterprise – 5 years;
• Work experience on Senior & Lead manager would be a + ;
• Engineer diploma (speciality in mechanics or thermic would be a +)
• Knowledge of the project management methodology;
• Knowledge of the plastic injection technology, experience with metal sheet
• English – upper intermediate. Ability to speak, write, and understand technical explanations;
• Technical skills in Creo TC, Solidworks, Compas 3D, Autocad;
• Technical skills in mechanical calculation, material behavior, mechanical drawings, international standards for metal, aluminium die casting and plastics.
• Technical skills in: product design, mechanical drawings, project planning;
• Knowledge in mechanics, thermophysics;
• Quality project methods : FMEA,  design of experiments
• Proactive, сreativity person with global vision and collective mind thinking, being able to handle pressure
