    Main functional responsibilities:

    • Maintaining national retail chains, HoReCa and E-Commerce;
    • Direct management of sales of premium brands of the company worth from $40 to $25,000;
    • Visiting key Prestige clients to interact, build business relationships with key decision makers and opinion leaders;
    • Deep understanding of Prestige customers;
    • Increasing brand awareness of the company;
    • Involvement of key decision-makers in cooperation;
    • Conclusion of contracts with new clients;
    • Implementation of plans to promote the company’s premium products;
    • Evaluation and review of advertising activities and proposals for improving efficiency;
    • Track expenses;
    • Training and mentoring of the company’s sales team;
    • Support in the development of plans and strategies for the promotion and sale of products for customers;
    • Holding events for VIP clients;

    Requirements:

    • Higher education in marketing, business administration or sales management;
    • Experience in sales or marketing with proven successful experience of at least 7 years;
    • Practical knowledge of luxury and premium market segmentation (alcohol, cigars, watches, jewelry, clothing, chain hotels or restaurants)
    • Having strong presentation skills, communication skills and the ability to influence decision making;
    • Knowledge of the alcoholic beverages market will be an advantage;
    • Responsibility, result orientation and ability to find non-standard solutions, proactive work;
    • Ability to conduct negotiations, in particular with VIP-clients;
    • Build effective communications with partners and find an individual approach to people, overcome objections, defend your position;
    • Availability of a driving license of category “B”, experience of accident-free driving of a car from 2 years;
    • Readiness for business trips;
    • Confident user of PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook;
    • Fluency in English (upper intermediate) and ability to communicate at all levels
