    A leading Ukrainian wine company, which combines traditions and innovations in producing high-quality wines and brandy, is looking for a National Trade Marketing Manager to join the team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Development and implementation of trade marketing strategy across sales channels (national & local retail chains, HoReCa, distribution);
    • Planning, organization, and launch of promotional activities;
    • Development of sales promotion mechanics;
    • Evaluation of campaign effectiveness, ROI calculation, and preparation of analytical reports;
    • Development of merchandising standards and brand presence in retail outlets;
    • Creation of POS materials concepts and control over their production;
    • Monitoring compliance with merchandising standards in retail chains;
    • Cooperation with contractors for production and placement of promotional materials;
    • Analysis of Sell-in / Sell-out indicators;
    • Evaluation of effectiveness of promotions, discounts, and marketing mechanics;
    • Market monitoring, competitor analysis, and tracking brand activities;
    • Providing recommendations to the sales team to improve channel performance;
    • Close collaboration with sales, marketing, and brand management teams;
    • Synchronization of trade activities with brand marketing campaigns;
    • Participation in new product launches;
    • Coordination with distributors and retail chains.

    Requirements:

    • Higher education (Marketing, Economics, Management);
    • Experience in FMCG (food and/or alcohol categories);
    • At least 2+ years of experience in trade marketing or marketing/sales;
    • Experience working with retail chains and promotional activities;
    • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel (analytics, pivot tables) and PowerPoint;
    • Ability to work with large datasets and derive analytical insights;
    • Strong communication and organizational skills;
    • Proactive, responsible, and eager to grow professionally;
    • Willingness to travel across Ukraine;
    • Own car and willingness to use it for work purposes;
    • Confident PC user (Microsoft Office, analytical and planning tools).
