Main functional duties:

• Development and implementation of marketing strategy;
• Planning and control of the marketing budget;
• Market, competitor, and consumer analysis;
• Formation of pricing policy (together with the commercial department);
• Management of ATL and digital campaigns;
• Development of promotional activities, loyalty programs;
• PR, communications, working with the media;
• Branding and corporate identity;
• Development of online channels (website, social media, e-commerce);
• Implementation of CRM strategy, web analytics;
• Organization of tastings, trade activities, merchandising;
• Joint marketing projects with partners/suppliers;
• Team management and interaction with other departments;
• Working with contractors and agencies;
• Reporting to the owner and the commercial director.

Requirements:

• Higher education (marketing, management, economics);
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail;
• 3+ years of team management experience;
• Knowledge of FMCG sector specifics and retail;
• Deep understanding of marketing mix and promotional tools;
• Experience working with marketing budgets of $100K+;
• Data analysis skills and working with metrics (KPI);
• Knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce;
• Understanding of merchandising and product display;
• Strategic thinking and systematic approach;
• Leadership qualities and management skills;
• Creativity and innovation;
• Communication skills and presentation skills;
• Stress resilience and adaptability;
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
• Knowledge of CRM systems and analytical tools;
• Understanding of web analytics (Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics);
• Basic knowledge of design and marketing technologies;
• Knowledge and use of AI technologies in work;
• Willingness to travel for business trips to Kharkiv and Lutsk.
