An ambitious food retail chain that is actively developing and growing announces a competition for the vacant position of Marketing Director, Kyiv (Kharkiv, Lutsk)

Main functional duties:
- Development and implementation of the network’s marketing strategy with a focus on LFL sales growth, traffic, conversion and average basket;
- Management of pricing positioning and the network’s value proposition;
- Planning and control of the marketing budget, ensuring ROMI/ROI;
- Development and management of promo strategy, promo calendar and category promo matrix;
- Close cooperation with the commercial team on traffic and margin-driving categories, KVI and price image;
- Launch and development of CRM strategy, loyalty program and personalized communications;
- Management of performance marketing and traffic acquisition across online and offline channels;
- Development of omnichannel communications and customer experience in-store and digital;
- Management of brand, communications, PR and network reputation;
- Marketing performance analytics, A/B testing and data-driven decision-making;
- Management of agencies, contractors and marketing procurement;
- Building and development of the marketing team, cross-functional cooperation with commercial, e-commerce, IT and operations teams.
Requirements:
- Experience as CMO / Head of Marketing in food retail, FMCG, or large-scale B2C networks;
- Proven track record of LFL sales growth, traffic increase, and active customer base expansion;
- Deep understanding of promo economics: uplift, cannibalization, margin impact, stock-out effects;
- Hands-on experience in managing CRM strategy, loyalty programs, and personalization;
- Strong expertise in commercial / trade marketing and close cooperation with the commercial team;
- Experience in managing performance marketing and omnichannel traffic (online + offline);
- Ability to work with financial and marketing metrics: ROMI, CAC, LTV, incrementality;
- Experience in managing marketing budgets and agencies, participation in tenders, SLA control;
- Systematic, data-driven mindset, experience with A/B testing (including offline tests);
- Experience in building and developing teams (trade, CRM, performance, brand, analytics);
- Ability to work cross-functionally with commercial, operations, e-commerce, IT and finance teams;
- Strong business-results orientation rather than focus only on communications and creativity;
- Experience with omnichannel models (delivery, click & collect, marketplaces);
- Experience in developing Private Label / Own Brands (PL);
- Experience in implementing BI tools and marketing analytics;
- Participation in store openings or relaunches (Grand Openings, local marketing);
- Willingness to travel for business trips to Kharkiv and Lutsk.
