Main responsibilities:

• Supply chain management (determination of the optimal source of supply, frequency of orders, delivery schedule, acceptance schedules, including time, as well as the method of warehousing, etc.);
• Improving the methodology for calculating the Logistics Bonus on a regular basis for negotiations with suppliers in order to improve the conditions of cooperation;
• Warehouse logistics management (organization of uninterrupted operation of the RC at the required level of costs and service);
• Ensuring the timeliness of warehousing operations and optimal use of warehouse space;
• Implementation of SOF quality control procedures during acceptance, storage, shipment and transportation;
• RC personnel management (develop and implement effective motivation systems, participate in the selection of employees for key positions, make personnel decisions);
• Project management at the RC (completion of WMS, implementation of Yard, voice selection, non-acceptance, etc.), aimed at improving logistics performance;
• Management of transport logistics (organization of work of the Transport department for the purpose of freight transportation according to the schedule of own and hired motor transport);
• Inventory management, their support at the Company’s facilities at the required level (organization of the UTZ department);
• Select the optimal parameters of the Auto Order and control them (frequency of deliveries, multiplicity of the order, min of the order, depth of the shelf, DMP, settings of an insurance stock);
• Organize software refinements to improve product balances;
• Provision of logistics of own production facilities (provision of raw materials, organization of picking of orders, their packaging and transportation to the Company’s facilities, return of containers, etc.);
• Provide the required temperature throughout the supply chain.

Main requirements:

• Higher education in logistics;
• General experience at such position up 5 years;
• Experience in network retail, B2C/B2B sphere.
