Functional responsibilities:

• Creation of service/products of the service;
• Support of key customers in service issues;
• Customer service: work with inquiries, claims, applications;
• Support and administration of repairs;
• Administration of Goodwill repairs and service contracts;
• Coordination of Mobile24 support service in Ukraine;
• Activation of standard and extended warranty;
• Administration of access to the manufacturer’s systems;
• Preparing reports on the work done and developing solutions to improve the business.

Candidate requirements:

• Higher education (economic, technical, psychological);
• At least 3 years of experience in the automotive business (experience in customer relations, conflict management, administration of manufacturer’s systems, sales of services);
• High level of written and spoken English;
• Knowledge of the technical base of cars is desirable (knowledge of the structure of cars and repair technology will be an advantage);
• Customer focus;
• High communication skills;
• Experience in organizing assistance to clients on the road will be an advantage;
• Accuracy, organization, attention to detail;
• Readiness to travel within Ukraine.
