    An international automotive technology company, where manufacturing, engineering, and R&D operate as one integrated team to develop solutions for the global market, is looking for a Deputy Chief Operating Officer (Deputy COO) to join its team in Kyiv.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Act as a substitute for the COO during their absence, ensuring uninterrupted business operations;
    • Lead a team of managers and coordinate the work of approximately 26 employees;
    • Drive the development of the After Sales and R&D functions;
    • Optimize and improve operational processes;
    • Monitor business objectives, KPIs, and operational performance;
    • Manage administrative processes, budgets, and internal procedures;
    • Strengthen collaboration between manufacturing, engineering, and other business functions;
    • Ensure effective communication across teams.

    Candidate Requirements

    • Master’s degree or higher;
    • Fluent English for daily communication with an international team;
    • At least 5 years of management experience;
    • Proven experience managing large teams;
    • Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment (experience in the automotive industry, machinery manufacturing, or production of technical equipment will be considered a strong advantage);
    • Hands-on experience in developing and improving operational processes;
    • Experience working closely with manufacturing, engineering, and cross-functional teams;
    • Strong analytical and systems thinking, excellent leadership skills, a high level of responsibility, and sound decision-making abilities.
