Key Responsibilities:

• Organize the procurement of spare parts, components, and materials to ensure uninterrupted production operations;
• Manage relationships with suppliers and contracts, ensuring timely deliveries and compliance with established quality standards;
• Ensure that internal departments receive the required materials and components in line with their needs and deadlines;
• Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, create and process purchase orders, archive documents, and maintain records in the ERP system;
• Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and ensure timely supplier payments, assisting in the resolution of disputes;
• Select, evaluate, and regularly assess supplier performance in accordance with established criteria and company policies;
• Prepare procurement processes and documentation for handover to the Logistics Department, ensuring clear communication between departments;
• Analyze and optimize procurement and logistics processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs;
• Ensure compliance with procurement deadlines, internal procedures, and corporate standards.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• At least 3 years of experience in procurement, foreign economic activity (FEA), or supply chain management;
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level (B2);
• A Category B driving license is preferred;
• Experience working with suppliers, contracts, and procurement documentation;
• Understanding of procurement processes, supply chain management, and coordination with logistics departments;
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Analytical skills and the ability to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.
