Responsibilities:
- Coordination and organization of work of Production Technical Department employees (team management and staff motivation);
- Accumulation of information on the implementation of construction and installation work for all objects;
- Planning and control of compliance with the construction deadlines;
- Participation in the preparation of work documentation for projects and documents for putting objects into operation;
- Organization and control of document flow of the department with other departments and contractors;
- Keeping records of materials in the 1C 8 program;
- Control over compliance with deadlines, estimates, project budgets, effective interaction between the departments of the company;
- Reporting to higher management: the CEO of the company
Requirements:
- Higher technical education;
- Ability to read drawings, knowledge of Building Codes and Rules, estimate documentation;
- Work experience from 5 years or more in the position of the Head of the Production Technical Department, or Chief Project Engineer (10 or more people in submission);
- Experience in a managerial position for 2 years (office and construction sites);
- Knowledge of MS Office, 1C;
- Experience in conducting operational accounting;
- Knowledge of construction production technology;
- Skills of strategic planning;
- Ability to communicate with people;
- Ability to constantly learn and implement improvements;
- Understanding of the financial part of the P&L company, Cash Flow, etc .;
- Knowledge of marketing and understanding of marketing channels;
- Consistency, organization, punctuality, customer focus and focus on results.
