Responsibilities:

• Coordination and organization of work of Production Technical Department employees (team management and staff motivation);
• Accumulation of information on the implementation of construction and installation work for all objects;
• Planning and control of compliance with the construction deadlines;
• Participation in the preparation of work documentation for projects and documents for putting objects into operation;
• Organization and control of document flow of the department with other departments and contractors;
• Keeping records of materials in the 1C 8 program;
• Control over compliance with deadlines, estimates, project budgets, effective interaction between the departments of the company;
• Reporting to higher management: the CEO of the company

Requirements:

• Higher technical education;
• Ability to read drawings, knowledge of Building Codes and Rules, estimate documentation;
• Work experience from 5 years or more in the position of the Head of the Production Technical Department, or Chief Project Engineer (10 or more people in submission);
• Experience in a managerial position for 2 years (office and construction sites);
• Knowledge of MS Office, 1C;
• Experience in conducting operational accounting;
• Knowledge of construction production technology;
• Skills of strategic planning;
• Ability to communicate with people;
• Ability to constantly learn and implement improvements;
• Understanding of the financial part of the P&L company, Cash Flow, etc .;
• Knowledge of marketing and understanding of marketing channels;
• Consistency, organization, punctuality, customer focus and focus on results.
