Main functional responsibilities:
- Development of zoning schemes according to the pharmacy format, taking into account current standards for merchandising;
- Development of store design concepts, including shop windows, shelving and display of goods;
- Planning, development, updating and publication of layout planograms;
- Formation and maintenance of an up-to-date database on the volume of display of all merchandising sets for all pharmacies of the network;
- Compliance with design standards for goods;
- Analysis of sales data and the effectiveness of various events;
- Organization and implementation of new projects.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years;
- Experience with ABM Shelf or NielsenIQ Spaceman programs is required;
- Knowledge of MS Office, 1C, AutoCAD, Photoshop programs;
- Willingness to business trips;
- Teamwork, stress resistance, willingness to work for results.
