Key Responsibilities:

• Organizing and managing the Legal Department;
• Building an effective legal support system for a trading and manufacturing business;
• Managing contract work (supply agreements, service agreements, lease agreements (retail network), distribution agreements);
• Legal support of the production facility;
• Legal support of the distribution business;
• Legal support of the retail chain (140 stores);
• Handling claims and dispute management;
• Representing the company’s interests in courts of various jurisdictions;
• Optimization of contract processes through a CRM system;
• Interaction with internal departments of the company;
• Control of timelines and quality of legal support through the order management system;
• Reporting to the Executive Director and company owner.

Requirements:

• Higher legal education;
• Attorney-at-law license (Bar certificate) – will be an advantage;
• Experience with supply, service, and lease agreements;
• Experience in legal support of trading or manufacturing companies will be an advantage;
• Successful experience representing a company in courts will be an advantage;
• Experience working with a high volume of contracts;
• Strong skills in structuring legal processes;
• Confident CRM user or readiness to work within a system;
• High stress resistance;
• Strong managerial and organizational skills;
• The company is ready to consider candidates without managerial experience but with leadership potential.
