Functional Responsibilities:
- Development and support of corporate culture at a high level;
- Formation of a personnel reserve;
- Development and implementation of incentive and non-financial motivation programs;
- Organization of training for employees;
- Planning, budgeting in terms of corporate events, insurance of employees, etc.;
- Organization of an adaptation system for new employees.
Requirements:
- Experience of 3 years or more in this profile in a company of 300 or more employees;
- Full higher education, psychology, human resource management;
- Communication and interpersonal skills with different types of people, presentation skills, teamwork orientation, multi-tasking, negotiation skills;
- Knowledge of modern methods of working with personnel;
- Interviewing skills, job profile development;
- Good knowledge of Labor Code of Ukraine;
- Good understanding of business processes;
- Commercial orientation and thinking outside the box;
- Analytical mindset;
- Flexibility, openness;
- Willingness to work voluminous work and work on results;
- MS Office knowledge;
- English at least Intermediate level (will be an advantage).
